Political phenomena are the product of numerous factors that are accumulated over time and based on the requirements of the situation, to occur. Although it is possible for the general socio-political movements and revolutions as phenomena that characterize their effects, in the event of sudden and unpredictable lies, but this phenomenon in terms of science policy analysts, carriers and historical content due to the complex socio-political factors, cultural and economic. In such circumstances, the factors did affecting the formation of socio-political phenomena in a structural analysis.
